Hal Collett is a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he serves as head of the company’s FHA lending platform and affordable housing government sponsored lending business. He leads a team of originators, underwriters, closers and analysts located in offices across the United States. Hal is located in Dallas.

Hal has held a series of senior roles since joining Prudential in 2002. Prior to his appointment as managing director in 2015, he was president of Prudential Asset Resources (PAR), Prudential’s asset management and loan servicing group, with responsibility for all servicing and asset management operations related with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company’s commercial loan portfolio valued at $85 billion-plus across multiple capital sources. Assets under management included CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and Prudential’s general account. Earlier, he served as the vice president of asset management and credit surveillance and vice president of servicing operations, where he provided direct oversight of operational risks within the same portfolio. During his tenure at PAR, his management responsibilities included, but were not limited to, review and approval of credit decisions, surveillance analytics, investor reporting, rating agency preparation, new product integration, policy and procedure creation, management of all regulatory audits across the platform, surveillance, loan document covenant monitoring, rent roll analysis, financial statement analysis, and tax and insurance compliance/processing. Hal’s career includes positions at Orix Capital Markets, Nomura and Bank One.

Hal received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University, and earned a Master of Science degree in real estate finance and development from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Patrick Kempton is a Principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he is responsible for managing the FHA loan production team expansion and development and for growing the company’s FHA loan portfolio. Patrick is located in Chicago.

Patrick has extensive experience and industry knowledge in FHA lending. He has originated all types of FHA transactions, including new construction, substantial rehabilitation, acquisition, and refinance for multifamily and healthcare transactions, along with affordable housing transactions. Patrick joined Prudential in 2005, and quickly progressed to principal. Prior to his appointment, he served as a director and FHA-insured originator. In that capacity, he was responsible for the continued expansion of the Chicago office of Prudential’s FHA-lending business, and in furthering the company's cross-selling initiatives. Previously, he was a vice president at Huntington Capital Corp. and, earlier, an assistant vice president at Red Mortgage Capital Inc.

Patrick received a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Manhattan College, and earned a Master of Business Administration degree in finance and real estate from Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.

Lee is a Principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. He is responsible for multifamily loan origination activities in the Southeast with a primary focus on permanent debt funded through FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac but also can provide balance sheet, Conduit and general account products. During his career, he has worked on the successful origination and closing of approximately $1 Billion in debt financing utilizing Conduit, FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life company and proprietary debt products. He is located in Charlotte.

Prior to joining Prudential, Lee was at Red Mortgage Capital, LLC for approximately 10 years, where his primary focus was providing permanent debt to owners and operators of multifamily communities in the Southeast. He also worked as a Senior Associate in the Personal Financial Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Lee is an active member of the AICPA and National Multifamily Housing Council.

Lee received a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with Departmental Honors in Accounting and an MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. He is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant.

Kenji is a Principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he is responsible for direct loan originations and specialized product support in the Western US. Kenji specializes in Prudential's affordable housing loan programs. He has extensive experience in financing properties with low income housing tax credits, regulatory agreements, Section 8, and tax exempt bonds. During his 16 year career with Prudential, he has closed $2 billion of loans including Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac Targeted Affordable Housing and FHA. He is located in San Francisco, California.

Prior to joining Prudential, Kenji was a Vice President at the Bank of America Community Development Bank where he created and managed a construction-rolling-to-permanent private-placement tax-exempt bond program. Before that, he developed affordable and market-rate multifamily apartment properties in Los Angeles, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He has also worked as an architect on multifamily apartment, retail and single-family home developments.

Kenji received a BA in Architecture from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of British Columbia.

Pete TenEyck is a Principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he is responsible for originating and structuring multifamily loans through the company’s full range of lending products, including Fannie Mae; Freddie Mac; FHA; CMBS and Prudential’s life company portfolio. Pete is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Pete is an established professional with considerable experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. He has closed approximately $2 billion in debt and tax credit equity over his career. Prior to joining Prudential in 2014, Pete served as a director at Red Capital Markets LLC. His experience includes roles as director in Wachovia’s Tax Credit Investment Group and as vice president at NationsBank (now Bank of America).

Pete received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Trevor S. Tolbert is a Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he is responsible for originating market rate and affordable multifamily and healthcare loans across the United States, through the company's FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac lending programs. He also provides CMBS and General Account loan products. Trevor is located in Arlington, Virginia.

Trevor is an established professional with more than 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with considerable experience in loan underwriting and origination, and specializing in FHA products. Prior to joining Prudential in 2015, he served as a senior vice president of origination with the Richman Group. Before the Richman Group, he was an assistant vice president with Walker & Dunlop. Earlier, he was an underwriter with Column Financial.

Trevor earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with concentration in finance and economics from James Madison University. He sits on the boards of the National Leased Housing Association and the Bollinger Foundation. Trevor is licensed in both FHA MAP and LEAN Underwriting.

As Principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital, Alex is responsible for direct loan originations and specialized product support in the Mid Atlantic and Northeastern United States. Alex specializes in Prudential's affordable housing loan programs.

Prior to joining Prudential, Alex was the Managing Director with the Debt Group at MMA Financial, a firm specializing in tax credit and debt origination for affordable multifamily properties. Prior to this role, he was Senior Vice President at Bank of America, managing the Washington DC office of the Community Development Banking Group.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Alex serves as the President of the Institute for Responsible Housing Preservation.

David Stein is a Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. At Oppenheimer, he originated both multifamily and healthcare property types via the HUD/FHA financing programs. Before Oppenheimer, he was vice president with Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage from 2004 to 2009, where he originated multifamily, healthcare, and commercial property types via HUD/FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and CMBS. From 1996 to 2004, David worked for Metropolitan Funding Corp., a New York City-based mortgage banking firm, originating and underwriting both multifamily and commercial property types.

Katie Neppel is an Associate with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. Since joining Prudential in 2011, Katie has assumed a variety of roles. Prior to her appointment as associate, she served as an FHA product specialist deal manager, generating production nationwide, and as an investment analyst. Before joining Prudential, Katie was a commercial analyst with Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies. Earlier, Katie worked as a licensed realtor.

Katie received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the Henry B. Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa.
