Hal Collett is a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he serves as head of the company’s FHA lending platform and affordable housing government sponsored lending business. He leads a team of originators, underwriters, closers and analysts located in offices across the United States. Hal is located in Dallas.

Hal has held a series of senior roles since joining Prudential in 2002. Prior to his appointment as managing director in 2015, he was president of Prudential Asset Resources (PAR), Prudential’s asset management and loan servicing group, with responsibility for all servicing and asset management operations related with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company’s commercial loan portfolio valued at $85 billion-plus across multiple capital sources. Assets under management included CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and Prudential’s general account. Earlier, he served as the vice president of asset management and credit surveillance and vice president of servicing operations, where he provided direct oversight of operational risks within the same portfolio. During his tenure at PAR, his management responsibilities included, but were not limited to, review and approval of credit decisions, surveillance analytics, investor reporting, rating agency preparation, new product integration, policy and procedure creation, management of all regulatory audits across the platform, surveillance, loan document covenant monitoring, rent roll analysis, financial statement analysis, and tax and insurance compliance/processing. Hal’s career includes positions at Orix Capital Markets, Nomura and Bank One.

Hal received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University, and earned a Master of Science degree in real estate finance and development from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Patrick Kempton is a Principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he is responsible for managing the FHA loan production team expansion and development and for growing the company’s FHA loan portfolio. Patrick is located in Chicago.

Patrick has extensive experience and industry knowledge in FHA lending. He has originated all types of FHA transactions, including new construction, substantial rehabilitation, acquisition, and refinance for multifamily and healthcare transactions, along with affordable housing transactions. Patrick joined Prudential in 2005, and quickly progressed to principal. Prior to his appointment, he served as a director and FHA-insured originator. In that capacity, he was responsible for the continued expansion of the Chicago office of Prudential’s FHA-lending business, and in furthering the company's cross-selling initiatives. Previously, he was a vice president at Huntington Capital Corp. and, earlier, an assistant vice president at Red Mortgage Capital Inc.

Patrick received a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Manhattan College, and earned a Master of Business Administration degree in finance and real estate from Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.

Lee McNeer is a Principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he is responsible for multifamily loan origination activities in the Southeast region, specializing in permanent debt funded through FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and proprietary debt products. He also provides balance sheet, conduit and the Prudential’s life company portfolio products. An established professional, he has successfully originated and closed approximately $1.3 billion in debt financing during his career. Lee is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Lee has considerable experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. Prior to joining Prudential in 2013, Lee was a director at Red Mortgage Capital LLC, where he served from 2004 to 2013. In that capacity, he provided permanent debt and equity capital solutions to owners and operators of multifamily communities in the Southeast and mid-Atlantic regions. Before Red Mortgage, he worked as a senior associate in the Personal Financial Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Lee received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, magna cum laude and with departmental honors, from the University of Kentucky. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. He is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant. Lee is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs, the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Urban Land Institute and the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association.

Kenji Tamaoki is a Principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he is responsible for direct loan originations and specialized product support in the western United States. He specializes in Prudential's affordable housing loan programs, including Fannie Mae DUS®, Freddie Mac Targeted Affordable Housing and FHA. Kenji is located in San Francisco.

Kenji has market intelligence and considerable experience in affordable and senior housing lending programs, with expertise in financing properties with low-income housing tax credits, regulatory agreements, Section 8, and tax exempt bonds. Since joining Prudential in 1999, Kenji has closed $2 billion in loans including Fannie Mae DUS®, Freddie Mac Targeted Affordable Housing and FHA.

Prior to joining Prudential, Kenji was a vice president at the Bank of America Community Development Bank, where he created and managed a construction-rolling-to-permanent private-placement tax-exempt bond program, from 1996 to 1999. Before that, he developed affordable and market-rate multifamily apartment properties in Los Angeles and Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Kenji also worked as an architect on multifamily apartment, retail and single-family home developments.

Pete TenEyck is a Principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. Alex Viorst is a Principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. Evan Williams is a Principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he is responsible for the origination of affordable housing loans, with primary focus on the Northeast region and on Washington state. Evan provides Fannie Mae DUS®, Freddie Mac Targeted Affordable Housing and FHA loans. He specializes in bond financing, in combination with 4 percent low-income housing tax credit, Section 8 housing, complex tax abatements and energy efficient retrofits. Evan has nearly 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry, with considerable experience in affordable housing lending. He has financed new construction, in-place moderate rehabilitations, refinances, acquisitions, general partner and limited partner dispositions. Prior to joining Prudential in 2009, Evan was a vice president with Centerline Capital Group (now Affordable Housing Debt Group), where he served from 2003 to 2009. In that capacity, he performed loan originations for Centerline’s Affordable Housing Debt group.

Prior to Prudential, he worked at Love Funding Corp. from 2006 to 2016. He served as a director, with responsibility for originating and closing loans for all product types, including complex healthcare and multifamily development projects as well as acquisition, refinance and streamlined refinance transactions. Earlier, he was a vice president and senior underwriter. In that role, he closed more than 46 multifamily and healthcare transactions totaling $250 million-plus.

Robyn Cunningham is a Principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. She was previously at The Love Companies, where she worked in many capacities, from 1981 to 2016. Prior to joining Prudential, she served as a senior director with Love Funding Corp. In that role, she was responsible for loan origination, and she originated, underwrote and closed numerous FHA, FHLMC, FNMA and Wall Street transactions. Robyn’s career includes positions with Love Real Estate and Love Management.

Robyn received an Associate of Arts degree from Southwestern Illinois College, and studied at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She has served as the secretary of the Midwest Lender Association since 2003, and is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women – St. Louis.

Lindsay Konkel is a Principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, she serves as the chief operating officer of the company’s FHA group, and works in partnership with the managing director and head of the FHA lending platform to develop the group’s strategic goals as well as drive its operational objectives and initiatives. Lindsay is located in Centennial, Colorado.

Lindsay joined Prudential Mortgage Capital Company in 2005, and has served in a number of different roles before becoming a principal in 2012. Prior to assuming her responsibilities as COO, she served as director of operations for the FHA group. Earlier, she was an underwriter with the company’s FHA lending business. There, she handled more than $600 million in closed construction and permanent loans, through healthcare, multifamily and affordable products. Lindsay began as an analyst. Before joining Prudential, Lindsay worked in the title insurance industry and handled commercial transactions in the western United States.

Lindsay received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in international business and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. She holds MAP and LEAN certification.

When not working, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and four children and playing soccer.
