As Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital, Paige oversees the company's FHA lending efforts and is primarily responsible for providing specialized product expertise to Prudential's system of originators and advisors nationwide.
Paige has significant experience in real estate analysis and affordable housing. Before joining Prudential, she served as the Deputy Director for HUD’s Mark-to-Market program, which successfully restructured over 2,000 Section 8, FHA-insured properties nationwide by the end of 2003. Prior to her Government Service, Paige was Vice President for a consulting and policy analysis firm, AREA, Inc., which developed numerous financing and redevelopment plans for owners and lenders of subsidized housing and for governmental agencies. Paige also held positions within the development group of Security Capital Group and at Robert Charles Lesser & Company where she scouted market and investment opportunities.
Paige holds a bachelor’s degree from Vassar College and a Master’s degree from MIT.

As Principal with Prudential Huntoon Paige, Patrick is responsible for originating a broad range of mortgage products specializing in FHA-insured loans.
Prior to joining Prudential, Patrick was Vice President at Huntington Corporation and earlier, an Assistant Vice President at Red Mortgage Capital, Inc. He has originated all types of FHA transactions, including new construction, substantial rehabilitation, acquisition, and refinance for multifamily and healthcare transactions, along with affordable housing transactions. He holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University and a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Manhattan College.

Ann is a Director of the Southeast Region with Prudential Huntoon Paige. In this role she originates FHA loans in addition to a broad range of mortgage products and oversees FHA origination efforts in the Southeast Region. She is located in Atlanta, GA.
Prior to joining Prudential, Ann was Executive Director of the Housing Resource Center where she was instrumental in establishing the formation and success of the firm. While there, Ann also expanded the capabilities of non-profit organizations for the development, acquisition and renovation of affordable housing.
She also worked for the Center for Housing Alternatives in Atlanta, Georgia. As the Administrator, she gained 11 years experience in all aspects of housing efforts and managed the daily operational functions of a non-profit organization specializing in developing housing for persons with disabilities.
Ann is a member of the American Association for Homes and Services for the Aging (AASHA), the Georgia Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (GAHSA), the Georgia Center for Nonprofit and the Georgia State Trade Association for Nonprofit Developers (GSTAND).
Ann is a graduate of South University, and received a degree in Marketing. She also held a real estate license, for affordable housing projects.

As Principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital, Mark is responsible for originating and structuring mortgages and credit enhancements for Section 42 affordable housing projects and tax-exempt bond financed projects utilizing the FHA and Fannie Mae DUS™ loan programs as well as proprietary affordable housing finance products.
Mark has been involved in the development, acquisition and financing of both market-rate and affordable multifamily projects for over 20 years. Prior to joining Prudential, Mark was a Vice President with CW Capital. He was previously employed by an investment banking firm specializing in tax-exempt bonds and has been an FHA mortgagee.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Tennessee.

Martin is Principal with Prudential Huntoon Paige. In this role, he is responsible for direct loan originations and specialized product support throughout United States. Martin specializes in Prudential's FHA lending programs.
Since joining Prudential in 1998, Martin has originated over one hundred FHA loans, totaling over $740 Million in production. During his tenure, he has originated more FHA loans for Prudential than any other loan officer. In 2012, Martin was again Prudential Huntoon Paige's most active Loan Officer.
In addition to his FHA lending expertise, he has experience in portfolio, interim, and securitized lending products. Prior to joining Prudential, Martin worked for Atherton Capital Inc., a specialty commercial finance company (San Bruno, CA) and The Concord Group, a consulting firm specializing in real estate (Newport Beach, CA). Martin is the Past President of the Western Mortgagee Advisory Council, the trade group for FHA-insured lenders in the western United States.
Martin earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He holds a BA from Pomona College in Claremont, California, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®).

Since joining Prudential in 2003 as an associate, Ralph has been responsible for originations, closings and securitizations totaling over $300 Million. He is located in Denver, Colorado.

Prior to joining Prudential, Kenji was a Vice President at the Bank of America Community Development Bank where he created and managed a construction-rolling-to-permanent private-placement tax-exempt bond program. Prior to that, he developed affordable and market-rate multifamily apartment properties in Los Angeles, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He has also worked as an architect on multifamily apartments, retail and single-family home developments.
Kenji holds a BA in Architecture from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of British Columbia.

Prior to joining Prudential, Alex was the Managing Director with the Debt Group at MMA Financial, a firm specializing in tax credit and debt origination for affordable multifamily properties. Prior to this role, he was Senior Vice President at Bank of America, managing the Washington DC office of the Community Development Banking Group.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Alex serves as the First Vice President of the Institute for Responsible Housing Preservation.
