	•	Prudential offers an array of real estate debt investment opportunities through Prudential Real Estate Fixed Income Investors ("PREFII"), an independent debt funds business that delivers the highest level of products and services to customers.
	•	We not only serve the broader multifamily and commercial mortgage lending industry but also have a strong history in the agricultural sector through Prudential Agricultural Investments.
	•	We have the capability to service all of the loans that we originate through Prudential Asset Resources, an independent servicing business that delivers the highest level of service to customers.
