John is a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he is responsible for direct loan originations and sourcing commercial real estate loans utilizing Prudential’s various debt & equity programs including Freddie Mac; Fannie Mae; FHA; and Prudential's General Account. He is located in Arlington, Virginia.

John has over 20 years of experience in mortgage banking and direct mortgage lending. Prior to joining Prudential, John was a Senior Vice President and founding member of Johnson Capital’s Washington D.C. Metro Office. As a co-manager of Johnson Capital’s Freddie Mac lending platform, John was involved in the origination of over $2 Billion of commercial and multi-family loans throughout the United States. Before joining Johnson Capital, John was a Vice President of Production at Reilly Mortgage Group. While there, he successfully originated and closed over $1.5 billion in apartment financings.

Throughout his career, John has been dedicated to multi-family housing. While serving as a multi-family underwriter and one of the top producers for Freddie Mac, John originated and underwrote multi-family loans, built correspondent relationships, marketed various products and structured and negotiated loan terms throughout the Southeast. John also worked as a commercial real estate loan representative for Perpetual Savings Bank, where he serviced and managed a $500 million commercial loan portfolio.

John holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Utah.

Martin is a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he is responsible for direct loan originations and sourcing commercial real estate loans utilizing Prudential’s various debt & equity programs including Freddie Mac; Fannie Mae; FHA; and Prudential's General Account. He is located in Arlington, Virginia.

Prior to joining Prudential, Martin was Senior Vice President and Principal at Johnson Capital, a privately held multifamily and commercial mortgage banking firm headquartered in Irvine, California. At Johnson Capital, he was responsible for co-managing the Freddie Mac Program Plus Platform, direct multifamily production and managing a team of multifamily originators.

Earlier in his career, Martin held various positions at other real estate lending firms including Vice President of Loan Production at Reilly Mortgage, as well as lending positions at GMAC-RFC and Freddie Mac.

Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in finance and a Master’s degree in finance from American University’s Kogod School of Business.

Patrick McGlohn is a Principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he is responsible for direct loan originations utilizing Prudential’s various debt & equity programs including Fannie Mae; Freddie Mac; FHA; Prudential's life company portfolio; CMBS; and Prudential’s proprietary balance sheet/bridge programs. He is located in Arlington, VA.

Patrick graduated Summa Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Finance with concentrations in Accounting and Risk Management and he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He is a member of the Industry Advisory Board for Virginia Tech’s Program in Real Estate, Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), and CFA Society Washington, DC.

Jason is a Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company’s Multifamily Team. In this role, he is responsible for the direct origination of multifamily debt on behalf of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA, Prudential’s General Account as well as other proprietary capital sources. Jason is located in Arlington, VA.

Jason has over 10 years of experience in the real estate finance industry. He began his career with Arthur Andersen as an auditor at Freddie Mac and later joined Johnson Capital Group, a Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer. In addition to originating loans, he has previously worked in underwriting, asset management and servicing.

Jason is a graduate of Washington & Lee University where he received a B.S. in Accounting.

Brian Salyards is a Principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he is responsible for the direct origination of multifamily debt across the United States, through Freddie Mac; Fannie Mae; FHA; Prudential’s life company portfolio; CMBS executions and Prudential’s proprietary balance sheet/bridge loan programs. Brian is located in Boston.

Brian has 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, with considerable experience in commercial real estate finance. Prior to joining Prudential in 2011, Brian was with Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage (now Berkeley Point Capital), where he served from 2001 to 2011. In that capacity, he originated more than $1.3 billion in multifamily loans. Earlier, he was a senior regional underwriter with Berkshire Mortgage Finance. Brian began his career by forming his own real estate company, J&B Home Realty, which he ran successfully for 10 years. As co-owner, he was involved in the acquisition, investment, sale and leasing of single family and multifamily properties in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Brian received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of New Hampshire Whittemore School of Business and Economics. He also earned a certificate in real estate finance from Boston University.

Mike McRoberts is a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he serves as head of the company’s market rate Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac portfolio teams and agency production team. He is responsible for growing and enhancing Prudential’s leadership position in multifamily lending. Mike is located in Arlington, Virginia.

Prior to joining Prudential in 2011, Mike served as vice president and national head of sales and production for Freddie Mac, with responsibility for the agency’s conventional multifamily business, structured transactions and senior’s housing teams, the national Freddie Mac Program Plus® network and Freddie’s four regional production offices. Earlier, he was national head of underwriting and credit and managing director of Freddie Mac’s Southeast region. Before joining Freddie Mac in 1992, Mike held positions at First Maryland Mortgage Corporation in Baltimore and First Interstate Mortgage Corporation in Denver and Kansas City.

MIke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from James Madison University and a Master of Business Administration degree, with concentration in real estate and finance, from the Terry College of Business, University of Georgia.

Mike currently serves as the chairman on the Fannie Mae DUS® Advisory Council. He also serves on the Debt Financing Subcommittee of the National Multifamily Housing Council and on the Multifamily Steering Committee of Mortgage of the Bankers Association. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Patrick McAllister is a Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. He is responsible for the direct origination of multifamily debt on behalf of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA, Prudential's General Account and CMBS executions, as well as Prudential's proprietary balance sheet bridge product. Patrick can also originate debt for other property types for the General Account and CMBS executions.

Patrick began his career in commercial real estate over fifteen years ago, starting with TrizecHahn Centers in La Jolla, California. In 1998, he joined Eastdil Realty in Los Angeles, and in 2000 he moved to San Francisco and was promoted to Vice President. In 2004 Patrick became a Director with Cohen Financial. In 2008 he joined Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital as a Director and focused exclusively on Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA financing in the western region of the United States. Patrick joined Prudential Mortgage Capital Company in September 2012, in Prudential's San Diego office.

Chuck Meyer is a Principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he serves as production team lead and is responsible for direct loan origination for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, Prudential’s General Account and mezzanine programs, with primary focus on owners of conventional multifamily and student housing. He is also charged with growing and developing GSE production staff and capabilities throughout the Midwest. Chuck is located in Dublin, Ohio.

Prior to joining Prudential in 2013, he was a senior managing director at Red Capital Group (formerly Banc One Capital Funding Corporation), where he served from 1999 to 2013. There, he co-directed the loan origination platform for the company, focusing on permanent and interim lending. In addition, he helped build Red Capital’s third party equity placement capabilities.

Chuck received a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in business administration from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from Capital University, where he graduated first in his class and with highest distinction.

Chuck serves on the Student Housing Council of the Urban Land Institute, and is an active participant of the National Multifamily Housing Council.

Jay Porterfield is a Principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he is responsible for the direct origination of multifamily debt on behalf of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and Prudential’s General Account. Jay is located in Dallas.

Jay joined Prudential in 2016, and brings more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. He has originated more than $2.2 billion in mortgages during his career. Most recently, Jay was a vice president at Arbor Commercial Mortgage from 2007 to 2016. In that capacity, he primarily focused on originating Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, bridge, mezzanine and preferred equity transactions throughout the Southwest. His career includes leadership posts at Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance, LaSalle Bank Real Estate Capital Markets (ABN AMRO) and General Electric Commercial Finance Real Estate. Jay began his career with Archon Financial.

Jay earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting and finance and a Master of Science degree in economics from East Texas State University (now Texas A&M University – Commerce).
