John is a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he serves as Portfolio Manager within Prudential Johnson Apartment Capital Express, Prudential Mortgage Capital's Freddie Mac lending arm. John is also responsible for direct loan originations and sourcing commercial real estate loans utilizing Prudential’s various debt & equity programs including Freddie Mac; Fannie Mae; FHA; Prudential's General Account; and Prudential’s proprietary balance sheet/bridge loan programs. He is located in Arlington, Virginia.

Prudential Johnson Apartment Capital Express is a strategic partnership that combines the strengths of Prudential and Johnson Capital to originate and service loans for Freddie Mac under the Program Plus® and Targeted Affordable Loan programs.

John has over 20 years of experience in mortgage banking and direct mortgage lending. Prior to joining Prudential John was a Senior Vice President and founding member of Johnson Capital’s Washington D.C. Metro Office. As a co-manager of Johnson Capital’s Freddie Mac lending platform John was involved in the origination of over $2 Billion of commercial and multi-family loans throughout the United States. Before joining Johnson Capital, John was a Vice President of Production at Reilly Mortgage Group. While there, he successfully originated and closed over $1.5 billion in apartment financings.

Throughout his career, John has been dedicated to multi-family housing. While serving as a multi-family underwriter and one of the top producers for Freddie Mac, John originated and underwrote multi-family loans, built correspondent relationships, marketed various products and structured and negotiated loan terms throughout the Southeast. John also worked as a commercial real estate loan representative for Perpetual Savings Bank, where he serviced and managed a $500 million commercial loan portfolio.

John holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Utah.

Prior to joining Prudential Martin was Senior Vice President and Principal at Johnson Capital, a privately held multifamily and commercial mortgage banking firm headquartered in Irvine, California. At Johnson Capital he was responsible for co-managing the Freddie Mac Program Plus Platform, direct multifamily production and managing a team of multifamily originators.

Earlier in his career Martin held various position at other real estate lending firms including Vice President of Loan Production at Reilly Mortgage, as well as lending positions at GMAC-RFC and Freddie Mac.

Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in finance and a Master’s degree in finance from American University’s Kogod School of Business.

Prior to joining Prudential, Peggy was a Managing Director at Berkshire Mortgage/Deutsche Bank.

Peggy began her specialization in multifamily product at ARCS Mortgage in 1993 where she grew to become one of their top loan producers nationwide.

Jason is a Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company’s Multifamily Team. In this role, he is responsible for the direct origination of multifamily debt on behalf of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA, Prudential’s General Account as well as other proprietary capital sources. Jason is located in Arlington, VA.

Jason has over 10 years of experience in the real estate finance industry. He began his career with Arthur Andersen as an auditor at Freddie Mac and later joined Johnson Capital Group, a Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer. In addition to originating loans, he has previously worked in underwriting, asset management and servicing.

Jason is a graduate of Washington & Lee University where he received a B.S. in Accounting.

Kip is a principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he is responsible for originating mortgage loans nationally for apartment owners, including REITs, pension fund advisors and other private owners of apartments.

Before joining prudential in October 2011, Kip was a Director of Originations at Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage from June 1999 to September 2011. During those 12 years, Kip originated more than $5.5 billion of new multifamily loans. Prior to DBBM, he was a Vice President at Bank of Boston and a commercial real estate broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Kip graduated from the University of Michigan.

Brian is located in Boston, MA.

Brian has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He began his career self starting a real estate investment company acquiring, renovating, renting and selling single and multifamily housing in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. In 2001 he accepted a position at Berkshire Mortgage Finance in Boston as a regional underwriter for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac business. In 2004, Brian accepted a position in the Origination department of Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage.

Brian is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire where he received a BS from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics. In 1999, Brian also received a Diploma in Real Estate Studies at Boston University.

Mike is a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role he is responsible for growing and enhancing Prudential's leadership position in multifamily lending as head of the company's market rate Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac portfolio teams and agency production team. He is located in Arlington, VA.

Prior to joining Prudential, Mike was a vice president and national head of sales and production for Freddie Mac, where he was responsible for the agency's conventional multifamily business, structured transactions and senior's housing teams, the national Freddie Mac Program Plus network and Freddie's four regional production offices. Earlier, he was national head of underwriting and credit and managing director of Freddie Mac's southeast region.

Before joining Freddie Mac in 1992, McRoberts held positions at First Maryland Mortgage Corporation in Baltimore and First Interstate Mortgage Corporation in Denver and Kansas City.

McRoberts holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor's of Business Administration from James Madison University.

Patrick McAllister is a Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. He is responsible for the direct origination of multifamily debt on behalf of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA, Prudential's General Account and CMBS executions, as well as Prudential's proprietary balance sheet bridge product. Patrick can also originate debt for other property types for the General Account and CMBS executions.

Patrick began his career in commercial real estate over fifteen years ago, starting with TrizecHahn Centers in La Jolla, California. In 1998, he joined Eastdil Realty in Los Angeles, and in 2000 he moved to San Francisco and was promoted to Vice President. In 2004 Patrick became a Director with Cohen Financial. In 2008 he joined Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital as a Director and focused exclusively on Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA financing in the western region of the United States. Patrick joined Prudential Mortgage Capital Company in September 2012, along with Laurie Morfin in Prudential's San Diego office.

Laurie is a director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, she is responsible for the direct origination of multifamily debt on behalf of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA, Prudential's General Account and CMBS executions, as well as Prudential's proprietary balance sheet/bridge loan programs. She is located in Carlsbad, CA.

Laurie has over 17 years of real estate experience, most recently with Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital where she specialized in Wells Fargo’s multifamily products, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA loan programs. Prior to this role, she was a vice president and director of Wells Fargo’s CMBS Origination Group, and was responsible for originating and closing CMBS loans. Before joining Well’s Fargo, Laurie worked for Nationwide Insurance as a Loan Originator and Union Central Life Insurance Company as an Asset Manager.

Laurie is a graduate of Indiana University.

George has over 40 years of experience in the real estate finance industry. He began his career in the Savings Bank Industry in Real Estate Appraisal. He then moved into commercial origination of all types of assets, and held various real estate finance positions which included MetLife, Bear Sterans, Mellon Bank, and Key Bank until 2003, when he joined Centerline and focused primarily on Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae HUD products, as well as CDO, CMBS and bridge lending.

George is a graduate of Cornell University with a degree in Economics.
