David M. Durning
President and Chief Executive Officer

David Durning is the President and CEO of Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. He is responsible for overseeing all of Prudential's global commercial real estate finance and agriculture investment businesses. Prudential Mortgage Capital is one of the largest providers of commercial mortgages in the United States with $87 billion in assets under management and administration as of March 31, 2016, virtually all of which were loans originated by Prudential. He is located in Chicago, IL.

Since joining Prudential as an investment analyst in 1988, David has assumed increasingly responsible and varied roles through the real estate and mortgage investment units. Most recently he was the Senior Managing Director, overseeing the company's agency lending businesses and loan production globally. Prior to joining Prudential, he was a lending officer for Chemical Bank.

David received a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

David is a member of the Prudential Investment Management Investment Committee and serves on the Executive Board of the National Multifamily Housing Council and serves on the CREFC Executive Committee. He is a former Vice Chairperson of the Fannie Mae DUS™, Advisory Council and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Association for Investment Management and Research.


Jess Jarratt
President

Aligning Investment Strategies and People with Global Market Trends to Achieve Growth Targets

Jess is President of Prudential Agricultural Investments (PAI). With deep industry, technical, financial and leadership expertise, he drives the performance of Prudential's $4.9B agricultural investment portfolio, comprised of lending, equity investments, farm management and real estate brokerage services. His lifelong experience in global agricultural finance and management has generated exceptional value for investors and shareholders alike.

Starting with a forestry degree from Texas A&M, he launched his career with the Texas Forest Service, and then with John Hancock's new venture in timberland investments. After earning an MBA from the U of North Texas, he joined Rabobank Nederland, where he helped take their U.S. office from zero to several billion dollars in forest products and agribusiness assets. In 1995, Jess was recruited by SunTrust where he grew the agribusiness unit he founded to well over $1B in assets. He rose at SunTrust in a leadership role in their capital markets and structured real estate groups.

In 2007, Jess joined Wells Timberland Management Company as president, director and member of the executive committee, responsible for agricultural real estate through their management and REIT entities. He was also appointed president of Wells Real Asset Management Company to raise institutional money and create funds in alternative assets including timberland, agriculture and commercial property.

As president of PAI since 2014, he leads a highly talented executive team with expertise in all aspects of agricultural investment. Drawing upon Prudential's core values of trust, customer focus and respect, along with his broad market view, keen eye for opportunities and natural leadership abilities, he ensures the financial goals of PAI's diverse client base are understood and met.

He is based in Atlanta, GA.



Timothy E. Steward
President

Tim Steward, President of Prudential Asset Resources, leads a team of over 135 professionals responsible for the servicing and asset management operations associated with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company’s $84.7 Billion commercial real estate loan portfolio consisting of approximately 5,000 loans (as of March 31, 2016). The diversified portfolio spans several capital sources including CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, General Account and FHA.

Prior to joining Prudential in June 2015, Tim was Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. where he was responsible for managing operational risk and regulatory compliance in the bank’s Specialized Lending, Servicing & Trust division. With over 25 years in the commercial and multifamily mortgage services market, Tim has developed extensive knowledge and experience delivering servicing and asset management on complex debt and equity structures in global markets and for a variety of capital sources. Key areas of expertise include operational risk management, business process off-shoring, international expansion and strategic planning and implementation. In addition to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Tim has held leadership positions at Standard & Poor’s Rating Services, Wells Fargo & Co., Wachovia Securities, Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A. and EQ Services, Inc.

Tim holds a BA from California State University, Fullerton. Tim is active in the Mortgage Bankers Association and Commercial Real Estate Finance Council.


Suzy Bashore
Chief Information Officer

Suzy is Chief Information Officer for Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, she is responsible for the organization's technology strategy and business systems (inclusive of Loan Servicing systems, Data Warehouse, Document Imaging, Asset Management Applications, etc). Suzy's team partners with the business to implement creative technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance quality.

Suzy joined Prudential Mortgage Capital Company in 2004, prior to this, she served as the Director of Regional Technology for Lend Lease Real Estate Investments for three years where she was responsible for all facets of technology. Prior to working at Lend Lease, she was a Director of Technology for AMRESCO.

Suzy has over 28 years of experience in the commercial mortgage service industry. She held senior positions with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, AMRESCO, Kenneth Leventhal and Ernst & Young LLP.

Suzy received her BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University.


Sean Beggan
Managing Director

Sean is a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he is the CMBS portfolio manager and oversees the pricing and securitization teams. He is located in Newark, New Jersey.

Prior to joining Prudential in 1998, he was a Vice President at Citicorp Securities, Inc. working in their real estate capital markets group. Previously, Sean had stints at Nissho Iwai American Corporation, Olympia & York U.S. Development Company L.P. and New York Life Insurance.

Sean earned his BS from New York University and his MBA from Baruch College of the City University of New York. He has been a speaker at several industry conferences and is a member of the CMSA. He holds the following securities licenses: Series 63 and Series 24.


Hal Collett
Managing Director

Hal Collett is a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In his current capacity, Hal has oversight responsibilities for the company’s FHA lending platform as well as the affordable housing government sponsored lending business. Hal is supported by a team of originators, underwriters, closers and analysts located in offices across the U.S. Hal is located in Dallas, TX.

Prior to Hal’s current position, he was President of Prudential Asset Resources and was responsible for the servicing and asset management operations associated with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company’s commercial real estate loan portfolio valued in excess of $85+ Billion. The diversified portfolio spans several capital sources including CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, General Account and FHA. Prior to assuming his current role, Hal served as the Vice President of Asset Management and Credit Surveillance and Vice President of Servicing Operations where he provided direct oversight of operational risks within the same portfolio. His management responsibilities during his tenure at PAR have included, but are not limited to, review and approval of credit decisions, surveillance analytics, investor reporting, rating agency preparation, new product integration, policy and procedure creation, management of all regulatory audits across the platform, surveillance, loan document covenant monitoring, rent roll analysis, financial statement analysis, and tax and insurance compliance/processing.

Before joining Prudential Mortgage Capital in 2002, Collett held positions at Orix Capital Markets, Nomura and Bank One.

Collett holds an MBA in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington and a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University.


Marcia Diaz
Managing Director

Marcia oversees loan production nationally. In this role, she oversees the origination platform of commercial mortgage loans across all major capital sources and property types. She is located in Los Angeles.

Marcia joined Prudential in 1990 and has held a variety of positions within the Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, the Prudential Realty Group and Prudential Securities.

Marcia received a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.


Richard Flohr
Managing Director

Richard is a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he serves as head of Prudential Mortgage Capital Company’s CMBS program. He is located in Chicago, Illinois.

Prior to this role, Richard was responsible for loan originations for national accounts throughout the Central Region of the United States. During his 20 year tenure with Prudential Mortgage Capital, Richard has originated over $12 billion of loans on all property types. Before assuming these responsibilities, Richard worked in the Capital Markets Unit of the Prudential Realty Group and served as Asset/Portfolio Manager for Prudential Realty Trust, a publicly traded real estate investment trust that was liquidated in 1995. Richard joined Prudential in 1990 working on the equity and development side of the Prudential Property Company. Before joining Prudential, he worked for RGR Properties and Madison-Newmark Real Estate, two New York based real estate firms.

Richard is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a MBA from the Stern School of New York University. He also received a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Science from the College of Arts and Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.


Paige Hood
Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director

Paige Hood is Chief Investment Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he oversees the investment process for PMCC’s core and core-plus mortgage investments. The current portfolio is in excess of $50 billion in assets. Paige is responsible for working with investors and prospective investors to insure PMCC’s mortgage investments meet credit quality standards necessary to achieve appropriate investment returns.

Paige has been with Prudential for more than 28 years. Most recently, he served as General Account mortgage portfolio manager, a position he held from 2003 to April 2016. In this role, he oversaw the company’s General Account mortgage portfolio, which grew from approximately $16 billion to over $48 billion during his tenure. Paige also had assignments and leadership roles in loan originations, credit underwriting and mortgage asset management during his Prudential career. Paige joined Prudential in 1988, after six years in the banking industry.

Paige has a B.S. in finance and an MBA from Louisiana State University. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, where he serves on the Commercial and Multifamily Board of Governors as the immediate past Chairman.

He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Lynn. They have two adult children, Courtney and Eric.


Mike Jameson
Managing Director

Mike is a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role he is responsible for managing the firm's third-party, commercial mortgage asset management business. Mike is located in San Francisco, California.

Prudential Mortgage Capital Company is a national full service, commercial, multifamily and agricultural mortgage finance business. Leveraging Prudential's 140-year history in real estate finance, the company offers one of the most comprehensive lines of real estate finance products and originates loans for Fannie Mae DUS™, Freddie Mac Program Plus® and specialized affordable housing programs; FHA; Conduit; Prudential's life company portfolio; and other institutional investors.

Prior to Joining Prudential, in 1990, Mike acted as the Assistant to the President for The Shorenstein Company and as a retail leasing agent for Norris, Beggs and Simpson, a regional commercial brokerage firm. Between 2001 and 2007, Mike was responsible for loan originations for all capital sources in Northern California, the Pacific Northwest, Utah, Nevada and Arizona. Mike was also responsible for the pricing of General Account loans in his territory. During 1999 and 2000, Mike was involved in Prudential Mortgage Capital's acquisition of The WMF Group, Ltd., a publicly-traded mortgage banking firm headquartered in Vienna, Virginia. Prior to this assignment, he was responsible for originating commercial mortgage loans in the Western United States and selling commercial properties for Prudential's General Account.

Mike graduated with honors from the University of California at Davis in 1985 with a degree in Economics. He also received an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. Mike currently serves as the Governance Chair of the San Francisco District Council of the Urban Land Institute and is a member of Lambda Alpha International.


Mike McRoberts
Managing Director

Mike McRoberts is a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role he is responsible for growing and enhancing Prudential's leadership position in multifamily lending as head of the company's market rate Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac portfolio teams and agency production team. He is located in Arlington, VA.

Prior to joining Prudential, Mike was a Vice President and National Head of Sales and Production for Freddie Mac, where he was responsible for the agency's conventional multifamily business, structured transactions and senior's housing teams, the national Freddie Mac Program Plus network and Freddie's four regional production offices. Earlier, he was National Head of Underwriting and Credit and Managing Director of Freddie Mac's southeast region.

Before joining Freddie Mac in 1992, McRoberts held positions at First Maryland Mortgage Corporation in Baltimore and First Interstate Mortgage Corporation in Denver and Kansas City.

McRoberts holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.


Paige Warren
Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Paige Warren is a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, she has oversight responsibilities for the businesses and functions that work with or service Prudential Mortgage Capital Company's platform, which has approximately 450 employees globally and $87 billion in assets under management and assets under administration as of March 31, 2016. In addition, Paige leads Prudential Mortgage Capital Company's Strategic Initiatives Group, focused on new product development, strategic growth initiatives, business planning, and marketing.

Prior to assuming the role of Prudential Mortgage Capital Company's COO in early 2015, Paige was the President and CEO of Prudential Huntoon Paige and a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, she oversaw both the company's affordable housing government sponsored enterprise lending portfolios and Prudential's FHA lending business, totaling approximately $10.5 billion in assets under administration. Her responsibilities included overseeing both groups origination and underwriting arms, investor relationships, and portfolio performance.

Prior to joining Prudential, Paige served as the Deputy Director for the Federal Housing Administration's Mark-to-Market program, which successfully restructured over 2,000 Section 8, FHA-insured properties nationwide over a 4-year period. Prior to her government service, Paige was Vice President for AREA, Inc., a real estate consulting and policy analysis firm which developed financing and redevelopment plans for owners and lenders of subsidized housing and conducted program evaluation for governmental agencies. Paige has worked in the development group at Security Capital Group, where she scouted market and investment opportunities. Paige began her career at Robert Charles Lesser & Company, a real estate consulting firm.

Paige earned her Bachelor's degree from Vassar College and her Master's degree from MIT.


Clarke Welburn
Principal

Clarke is a Principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, and is responsible for the Company's Risk Management Group. In this role he leads the Risk Management Committee, which monitors credit and portfolio related risks and trends associated with all Prudential Mortgage Capital lending activities, and provides a forum for credit related process review and policy development. In addition, the Risk Management Group is responsible for agency and corporate reporting functions, operating risk management activities and supporting new product and business development activities.

Clarke is a seasoned lending professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial real estate lending and credit administration. He joined The WMF Group in 1987, which was subsequently acquired by Prudential. Prior to his association with Prudential, he served as Vice President, Commercial Real Estate for the National Cooperative Bank, and was a corporate banking officer for 1st American Bank, NA in Washington, D.C. and Central Penn National Bank in Philadelphia.
