David M. Durning
President and Chief Executive Officer

David Durning is President and Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. He is responsible for overseeing all of Prudential’s global commercial real estate finance and agriculture investment businesses. Prudential Mortgage Capital is one of the largest providers of commercial mortgages in the United States with $88.5 billion in assets under management and administration as of June 30, 2016, virtually all of which were loans originated by Prudential. He is located in Chicago.

David was named Prudential’s President and CEO in April 2013. Since joining Prudential as an investment analyst in 1988, David assumed increased responsibility in various roles throughout the real estate and mortgage investment units. Prior to his appointment, he was senior managing director, overseeing the company’s agency lending businesses and loan production globally. Before joining Prudential, he was a lending officer at Chemical Bank.

David received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

David is a member of PGIM’s Investment and Risk Management Committees, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the CFA Institute. He is a former vice chairperson of the Fannie Mae DUS® Advisory Council.


Jess Jarratt
President

Aligning Investment Strategies and People with Global Market Trends to Achieve Growth Targets

Jess is President of Prudential Agricultural Investments (PAI). With deep industry, technical, financial and leadership expertise, he drives the performance of Prudential's 5.1 billion* agricultural investment portfolio, comprised of lending, equity investments, farm management and real estate brokerage services. His lifelong experience in global agricultural finance and management has generated exceptional value for investors and shareholders alike.

Starting with a forestry degree from Texas A&M, he launched his career with the Texas Forest Service, and then with John Hancock's new venture in timberland investments. After earning an MBA from the U of North Texas, he joined Rabobank Nederland, where he helped take their U.S. office from zero to several billion dollars in forest products and agribusiness assets. In 1995, Jess was recruited by SunTrust where he grew the agribusiness unit he founded to well over $1B in assets. He rose at SunTrust in a leadership role in their capital markets and structured real estate groups.

In 2007, Jess joined Wells Timberland Management Company as president, director and member of the executive committee, responsible for agricultural real estate through their management and REIT entities. He was also appointed president of Wells Real Asset Management Company to raise institutional money and create funds in alternative assets including timberland, agriculture and commercial property.

As president of PAI since 2014, he leads a highly talented executive team with expertise in all aspects of agricultural investment. Drawing upon Prudential's core values of trust, customer focus and respect, along with his broad market view, keen eye for opportunities and natural leadership abilities, he ensures the financial goals of PAI's diverse client base are understood and met.

He is based in Atlanta, GA.

Timothy E. Steward
President

Tim Steward is President of Prudential Asset Resources, the asset management and servicing group of Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. He leads a team of over 135 professionals responsible for all servicing and asset management operations related to Prudential’s loan servicing portfolio across multiple capital sources valued at $86 billion as of June 30, 2016. Assets under management include CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and Prudential’s general account.

Tim has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial and multifamily mortgage services industry, with expertise in operational risk management, business process off-shoring, international expansion and strategic planning and implementation. He has extensive knowledge and demonstrated success in delivering servicing and asset management on complex debt and equity structures in global markets and for a variety of capital sources.

Prior to joining Prudential in June 2015, Tim was senior vice president in the Specialized Lending, Servicing & Trust division at Wells Fargo. In that role, he was responsible for managing operational risk controls and regulatory compliance in the bank’s Specialized Lending, Servicing & Trust division. Tim’s career includes leadership positions at Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services, Wells Fargo & Company, Wachovia Securities, Bankers Trust Company of California and EQ Services Inc.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Fullerton. He is active in the Mortgage Bankers Association and the CRE Finance Council.


Suzy Bashore
Chief Information Officer

Suzy Bashore is Chief Information Officer for Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, she is responsible for the company’s technology strategy and business systems (inclusive of loan servicing systems, data warehouse, document imaging, asset management applications, etc.). Suzy’s team partners with the business to implement creative technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance quality. She is located in Dallas.

Suzy has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial mortgage service industry. Prior to joining Prudential in 2004, she served as director of regional technology for Lendlease Real Estate Investments for three years, where she was responsible for all facets of technology. Before Lendlease, she was a director of technology for AMRESCO. Suzy’s career includes senior positions with Kenneth Leventhal and Ernst & Young LLP.

Suzy received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Texas Tech University.


Hal Collett
Managing Director

Hal Collett is a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he serves as head of the company’s FHA lending platform and affordable housing government sponsored lending business. He leads a team of originators, underwriters, closers and analysts located in offices across the United States. Hal is located in Dallas.

Hal has held a series of senior roles since joining Prudential in 2002. Prior to his appointment as managing director in 2015, he was president of Prudential Asset Resources (PAR), Prudential’s asset management and loan servicing group, with responsibility for all servicing and asset management operations related with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company’s commercial loan portfolio valued at $85 billion-plus across multiple capital sources. Assets under management included CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and Prudential’s general account. Earlier, he served as the vice president of asset management and credit surveillance and vice president of servicing operations, where he provided direct oversight of operational risks within the same portfolio. During his tenure at PAR, his management responsibilities included, but were not limited to, review and approval of credit decisions, surveillance analytics, investor reporting, rating agency preparation, new product integration, policy and procedure creation, management of all regulatory audits across the platform, surveillance, loan document covenant monitoring, rent roll analysis, financial statement analysis, and tax and insurance compliance/processing. Hal’s career includes positions at Orix Capital Markets, Nomura and Bank One.

Hal received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University, and earned a Master of Science degree in real estate finance and development from The University of Texas at Arlington.


Marcia Diaz
Managing Director

Marcia oversees loan production nationally. In this role, she oversees the origination platform of commercial mortgage loans across all major capital sources and property types. She is located in Los Angeles.

Marcia joined Prudential in 1990 and has held a variety of positions within the Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, the Prudential Realty Group and Prudential Securities.

Marcia received a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.


Richard Flohr
Managing Director

Richard Flohr is a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. He serves as head of the company’s CMBS conduit and Capital Market programs. In this role, he was responsible for the sale of $2.9 billion of first mortgage CMBS loans across 29 securitizations. Richard also serves as a member of the Senior Management group. He is located in Chicago.

Richard was named managing director in 2011. He has served in a broad range of roles since joining Prudential in 1990. Prior to his appointment, Richard was responsible for loan originations for national accounts throughout the central region of the United States. During his tenure, Richard originated $12 billion-plus in loans on all property types. Earlier, he worked in the Capital Markets unit of the Prudential Realty Group and served as asset/portfolio manager for Prudential Realty Trust, a publicly-traded real estate investment trust that was liquidated in 1995. Richard began working on the equity and development side of the Prudential Property Company. His career includes positions at New York City-based real estate firms RGR Properties and Madison-Newmark Real Estate.

Richard received a Bachelor of Arts degree in natural science from the College of Arts and Sciences and a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Richard holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, and serves on its Industrial and Office Park Development Council.


Paige Hood
Chief Investment Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager

Paige Hood is Chief Investment Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he oversees the investment process for PMCC’s core and core-plus mortgage investment, as well as the General Account and Funds Management portfolios valued at $53 billion in assets under management as of June 30, 2016. Paige is responsible for working with investors and prospective investors to ensure the company’s mortgage investments meet credit quality standards necessary to achieve appropriate investment returns.

Paige has been with Prudential for more than 28 years. Most recently, he served as general account mortgage portfolio manager, a position he held from 2003 to April 2016. In this role, he oversaw the company’s General Account mortgage portfolio, which grew from $16.3 billion to $51.4 billion during his tenure. Paige also had assignments and leadership roles in loan originations, credit underwriting and mortgage asset management during his Prudential career. Paige joined Prudential in 1988, after six years in the banking industry.

Paige has a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and a Master of Business Administration degree, both from Louisiana State University. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, where he serves as the immediate past chairman of the Commercial/Multifamily Finance Board of Governors.

Paige is located in Atlanta, where he lives with his wife, Lynn. They have two adult children, Courtney and Eric.


Mike Jameson
Managing Director

Mike Jameson is a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he is responsible for managing the company’s third-party, commercial mortgage asset management business. Mike is located in San Francisco.

Mike was named as a managing director in 2009. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Mike oversaw the West Coast Generalist Origination teams, responsible for loan originations from all capital sources in northern California, the Pacific Northwest, Utah, Nevada and Arizona. He was also responsible for the pricing of General Account loans in his territory. Mike also acted in a real estate disposition role and served as Prudential’s point person in the 2000 acquisition of The WMF Group, Ltd. Before joining Prudential in 1990, he was a retail leasing agent for Norris, Beggs & Simpson, a commercial brokerage firm. Earlier, he acted as the assistant to the president for The Shorenstein Company.

Mike received his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in economics from the University of California, Davis, and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. Mike serves as the immediate past chair and current board member of the San Francisco District Council of the Urban Land Institute. He is a member of Lambda Alpha International, and is actively involved with several non-profit agencies.


Mike McRoberts
Managing Director

Mike McRoberts is a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he serves as head of the company’s market rate Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac portfolio teams and agency production team. He is responsible for growing and enhancing Prudential’s leadership position in multifamily lending. Mike is located in Arlington, Virginia.

Prior to joining Prudential in 2011, Mike served as vice president and national head of sales and production for Freddie Mac, with responsibility for the agency’s conventional multifamily business, structured transactions and senior’s housing teams, the national Freddie Mac Program Plus® network and Freddie’s four regional production offices. Earlier, he was national head of underwriting and credit and managing director of Freddie Mac’s Southeast region. Before joining Freddie Mac in 1992, Mike held positions at First Maryland Mortgage Corporation in Baltimore and First Interstate Mortgage Corporation in Denver and Kansas City.

MIke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from James Madison University and a Master of Business Administration degree, with concentration in real estate and finance, from the Terry College of Business, University of Georgia.

Mike currently serves as the chairman on the Fannie Mae DUS® Advisory Council. He also serves on the Debt Financing Subcommittee of the National Multifamily Housing Council and on the Multifamily Steering Committee of Mortgage of the Bankers Association. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute.


Paige Warren
Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Paige Warren is a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, she has oversight responsibilities for the businesses and functions that work with or service Prudential Mortgage Capital Company's platform, which has approximately 450 employees globally and $88.5 billion in assets under management and assets under administration as of June 30, 2016. In addition, Paige leads Prudential Mortgage Capital Company's Strategic Initiatives Group, focused on new product development, strategic growth initiatives, business planning, and marketing. She is located in Arlington, Virginia.

Prior to assuming the role of Prudential Mortgage Capital Company's COO in early 2015, Paige was the president and CEO of Prudential Huntoon Paige and a managing director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, she oversaw both the company's affordable housing government sponsored enterprise lending portfolios and Prudential's FHA lending business, totaling approximately $10.5 billion in assets under administration. Her responsibilities included overseeing both groups origination and underwriting arms, investor relationships, and portfolio performance.

Prior to joining Prudential, Paige served as the deputy director for the Federal Housing Administration’s Mark-to-Market program, which successfully restructured more than 2,000 Section 8, FHA-insured properties nationwide over a 4-year period. Prior to her government service, she was vice president for AREA Inc., a real estate consulting and policy analysis firm, which developed financing and redevelopment plans for owners and lenders of subsidized housing and conducted program evaluation for governmental agencies. Earlier, she worked in the development group at Security Capital Group, where she scouted market and investment opportunities. Paige began her career at Robert Charles Lesser & Company, a real estate consulting firm.

Paige earned her bachelor’s degree from Vassar College and her master’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.


Christine Haskins
Managing Director

Christine Haskins is a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, she serves as portfolio manager and oversees the General Account commercial mortgage portfolio valued at $46.3 billion in assets under management as of June 30, 2016. She is located in Chicago.

Christine has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. During her 18-year tenure at Prudential, Christine has held various real estate investment positions, including loan originations and portfolio management for Fannie Mae and portfolio loans. Most recently, she was a principal, and served as a portfolio manager and credit officer for Prudential’s life company portfolio from 2003 to 2016. Prior to joining Prudential in 1998, she was a vice president with McKinley Associates, a large owner of multifamily and commercial properties in the Midwest. Christine was responsible for securing financing for assets held and managed by McKinley Associates. She joined McKinley Associates after five years in the banking industry.

Christine received a Master of Business Administration degree from Central Michigan University. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
