"Unit Value" is the $U.S. value of a single unit of the variable product's investment option. Each unit value is net of all portfolio investment management fees and expenses, as well as the variable product's specific mortality and expense risk charge. The change in the unit value does not reflect other life insurance policy charges (sales, administration and actual cost of insurance) or any applicable surrender or lapse charges. "Net Change" shows the change in $U.S. value over the previous day: up= Gain, down= Loss, n/c= No Change. All information is as of market close, November 20, 2009.

2 On November 13, 2009, the PSF SP Balanced Asset Allocation portfolio merged into the AST Balanced Asset Allocation portfolio, the PSF SP Aggressive Growth Asset Allocation portfolio merged into the AST Aggressive Asset Allocation portfolio, and the PSF SP PIMCO High Yield portfolio merged into the Prudential Series Fund High Yield portfolio. On November 20, 2009, the PSF SP Conservative Asset Allocation portfolio merged into the AST Preservation Asset Allocation portfolio.
