MARK A. HOFFMEISTER Managing Director Mark Hoffmeister is a Managing Director and Principal of Prudential Capital Partners, L.P, and Prudential Capital Partners II, L.P. Hoffmeister joined Prudential Capital Group, the private placement unit of Prudential, in 1987. From 1996 to 1999, Hoffmeister led the Chicago Corporate Finance office of Prudential Capital Group, in which capacity he was responsible for a $6 billion portfolio of private investments and a staff of 14 professionals. Hoffmeister has been an integral part of Prudential Capital Group’s mezzanine strategy since 1995, and has developed an extensive network in the mezzanine community. Hoffmeister serves on the Investment Committee of Prudential Capital Partners, L.P., and Prudential Capital Partners II, L.P. Hoffmeister received a BA and an MS from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Hoffmeister is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Wilkinson Industries and Country Pure Foods, Inc., ABRA, Mackay Mitchell Envelope, and is a board observer for several portfolio companies. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for Facilitator Capital. |
