Jeffrey Dickson is a Managing Director and Managing Principal of Prudential Capital Partners, L.P. and Prudential Capital Partners II, L.P.
Dickson joined Prudential in 1989 and has 22 years of investment industry experience. His breadth of experience at Prudential ranges from distressed securities to all forms of leveraged finance transactions. He spent several years in Prudential Capital Group’s workout group managing distressed securities, negotiating restructurings and serving on creditors’ committees in bankruptcies. Dickson then led a team in Chicago originating and managing new investments. From 1996 to 2000, he was the head of the San Francisco regional office responsible for Prudential Capital’s private investment activities in the Western United States. Dickson has been an integral part of Prudential Capital Group’s mezzanine strategy since 1995 and has developed an extensive network in the mezzanine community. Since 2000, Dickson has served on the Investment Committee of Prudential Capital Partners, L.P. and Prudential Capital Partners II, L.P.
Dickson received a BS from Babson College and an MS from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Dickson is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Engineered Machined Products, Inc., Diamond Rental, Goldline, Pint Size, Seabrook International, Sunrise Electric Supply and Parts Channel and is a board observer for several other portfolio companies.

Mark Hoffmeister is a Managing Director and Principal of Prudential Capital Partners, L.P, and Prudential Capital Partners II, L.P. Hoffmeister joined Prudential Capital Group, the private placement unit of Prudential, in 1987. From 1996 to 1999, Hoffmeister led the Chicago Corporate Finance office of Prudential Capital Group, in which capacity he was responsible for a $6 billion portfolio of private investments and a staff of 14 professionals. Hoffmeister has been an integral part of Prudential Capital Group’s mezzanine strategy since 1995, and has developed an extensive network in the mezzanine community. Hoffmeister serves on the Investment Committee of Prudential Capital Partners, L.P., and Prudential Capital Partners II, L.P. Hoffmeister received a BA and an MS from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Hoffmeister is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Wilkinson Industries, Country Pure Foods Inc., Mackay Mitchell Envelope, ABRA, and is a board observer for several portfolio companies. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for Facilitator Capital.

Charles King is a Managing Director for Prudential Capital Group and Principal of Prudential Capital Partners, L.P. Formerly, he served as head of Prudential Capital Group's New York Corporate Finance office from late 1993 to mid-2004. King serves on the Investment Committee of Prudential Capital Partners, L.P., and Prudential Capital Partners II, L.P. King joined Prudential Capital in 1990 in the Atlanta office. Prior to joining Prudential, he was a Senior Vice President and Division Head with the Georgia Corporate Banking Division of First Union National Bank. From 1978 to 1988, King held various positions with Mellon Bank, N.A. including Vice President and Manager, Chicago Office, Corporate Banking Department. King received a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. King is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Aaron Industries and Precision Motor Transport Group and is a board observer for several portfolio companies.

Matthew Chanin is currently a Senior Managing Director with oversight responsibility for Prudential Capital Group and Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, private debt investment units of Prudential Investment Management, Inc. (“PIM”). He also has responsibility for two European mezzanine funds previously managed by an affiliate of Prudential Capital Group. Chanin serves on the Investment Committee of Prudential Capital Partners, L.P., and Prudential Capital Partners II, L.P. Chanin joined Prudential in 1976 and has spent his entire career in the private investment area gaining significant experience with leveraged finance transactions. Chanin earned a BS from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and received an MBA from Rutgers University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Allen A. Weaver is a Senior Managing Director and head of Prudential Capital Group. Prudential Capital Group manages a portfolio of more than $43 billion (as of 9/30/08) of private placements through its Regional Office Network (Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Frankfurt, London, Newark, New York and San Francisco), and purchases up to $10 billion, annually, in predominantly senior and subordinated debt. Prudential Capital Group manages more than $7 billion in outside non-affiliated assets through its Institutional Asset Management unit and two mezzanine funds, Prudential Capital Partners, L.P., and Prudential Capital Partners II, L.P. Weaver serves on the Investment Committee of Prudential Capital Partners, L.P., and Prudential Capital Partners II, L.P. He joined Prudential in 1985 in The Prudential Investment Corporation. Prior to joining Prudential, he was a Project Manager with International Business Machines Corporation.
Weaver received a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Weaver is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Ampac Packaging, Consolidated Smart Systems, Baldwin Richardson Foods, Morey’s Seafood International, OSI Group and Skyline Chili.
