PGIM’s insurance affiliate was established and began managing proprietary fixed income assets.

1928:

Began managing fixed income assets for external, institutional clients.

1984:

PGIM was registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. PGIM Fixed Income is the primary public fixed income asset management business of PGIM.

1999:

PGIM Limited, an affiliated office, was established in London.

2000:

PGIM (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., an affiliated office, was established in Singapore.

2014:
