Due to special tax considerations this service is for Non-Retirement accounts only. To use this service, you must complete lines 68b, c and d of your Form 1040.
Example for line 68d: Using this example, you would need to enter the following on line 68d: PR700951234567890 Please double-check your tax return to make sure you have completed all required information. It is your responsibility to complete the direct deposit information correctly on your tax return. Prudential mutual funds will not be liable if the IRS does not deposit your refund in accordance with your wishes. If there is a discrepancy, the IRS will not make the deposit.
